Bowl Program (proprietary development July 2015)

Bowl Program (proprietary development July 2015)is a seating layout program for stadium design. The program combines a precision algorithm with designer know-how to examine seating layouts more efficiently and accelerate design for future stadiums.
Developed during design of the new Japan National Stadium, it has been updated many times to date.

AVIATION Simulation(2021)

This program simulates airport flows. By simulating the time taken at checkpoints on flow lines from check-in to boarding and from deplaning to leaving the airport, this program helps designers predict congestion in the early planning phases in order to determine the optimal number of counters and set flow lines.
Also included in the API platform Grackle as developed by our AX Team, this program enables instant verification from a web browser.

Carbon View App(2021)

This web-based application takes inputs of total floor area, number of floors, and building usage to approximate the carbon emissions for RC, steel frame, and wooden frame structures for comparison between structure types at the sales phase. It also displays the number of cedar trees needed to absorb those emissions, carbon sequestration amounts, and framework quantities.
By combining our original in-house program for calculating the carbon emissions of interior materials with automated structural calculations using Karamba3D, this program was created with a primary focus of using these tools on a web-based platform.

Developed for sales phase carbon emissions comparisons, this app has been programmed for quick, simplified output of comparisons with minimal parameters.
By combining our original in-house program for calculating the carbon emissions of interior materials with automated structural calculations using Karamba3D, this program was created with a primary focus of using these tools on a web-based platform.

Grackle(2022)

An API platform that integrates programs for streamlining architectural design. With all the design programs currently being developed by Azusa Sekkei, Grackle brings them all together on an API platform for use from within a web browser.
By enabling all our designers to execute advanced programs simply from any device, Grackle both reduces design work hours and expands the range of presentations for architectural design.
It also simplifies updates and management of our in-house design programs.
Azusa Sekkei will continue to update existing programs in our catalog while adding new programs.
