This is a rise 41 stories above (the mechanical room on the 41st floor) skyscraper building which is the most tallest in Kyushu.

We have set the crowded commerce facility on the first floor, and the parking space for the residential from 2nd to 4th floor, and have adjusted 195 housings of high-value on higher than the 5th floor. Along with aiming a design which would be the new symbol for around Nishi-Kokura station, we have made the low parts of the building about the same height as the surrounding buildings to make it harmonize, and have lowered sunshine and radio disturbance as possible by making the higher part slender. This building is earthquake resistant construction setting intermediate post type break damper (hybrid break damper) 3 on the X direction and 4 on the Y direction on each floor of 1st to 26th floor, and have made the residence RC construction considering the habitability and the sound insulations.
