This is a complex facility setting commerce facility surrounding the station plaza, urban-type skyscraper house as a symbol and public parking space, as a new entrance of Koshigaya station on Tobu Skytree line. We have produced the pedestrian space building up migratory as the whole town by constructing a corridor with roof connecting the station to the facility, the round big roof infolding the escalator, aerial arcade connecting the town zone. We have designed the commerce zone with the element of vaulted mall layout, and have made it a bustle space.
