Receiving the request from the region to correspond to the recent aging society, elderly care insurance facility has been built together with this sophisticated hospital as a "symbol hospital of Tokushukai". By constructing the medical ward floor 45-degree incline to the low layer floor and making the corner round, we have made it "symbolic configuration" loved by the region not giving the surroundings intimidating. We have set the general information and outpatient unit around the three floor blowout entrance hall which is light filled and in high visibility and have created a simple and comfortable environment, and we have set it facing outside for the space where the patients use for a long period of time.
