The residential wing has four sections, certified as a single apartment complex. With due consideration of supply of sunlight to the units and the effect of shade to the surroundings, the residential sections are positioned toward the south side of the site, with the low-rise parking section to the north. The residential plan includes three types of units -- bachelor, single, and family -- for different lifestyles of the residents.
