We rebuilt this hospital to address its deterioration and overcrowding and to create a better healthcare and treatment environment. This is the first hospital on Oosumi Peninsula that adopted a quake-absorbing structure, with its facilities and equipment being able to withstand disasters. The characteristics of Oosumi Peninsula have been integrated into the hospital to make the hospital space approachable and comfortable for the local residents.
